Where can I get further information about services for my child / young person?

This SEND Information Report details the provision made by Four Lanes Infant School. It contributes to the Local Offer which is produced by the Local Authority. The Local Offer provides information about services available to children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) and / or disabilities aged 0 – 25 years.

The SENCo is Mrs J. Docherty (Head of School & Inclusion Manager).
